PEAR TREE COTTAGE

FOR UP TO 6 PEOPLE

Our cottage has been sympathetically converted to provide a comfortable holiday home for all seasons. It has electric central heating and a log fire.

The 3 bedroom conversion is ideal for 2 couples or families with grandparents.

The cottage comprises:

Large lounge with oak beams is pleasantly cool in summer, with comfortable furniture and an attractive wood burning enclosed fire.

Fully fitted and equipped galley kitchen with dishwasher, cooker, microwave, washing machine sink and fridge/freezer.

Books, indoor games, jigsaws available in the house.

English Television and video

There is a full set of the equipment including iron, ironing board, washing basket, and even a potato masher. If we have forgotten something – borrow ours.

Bedroom 1 has two single beds and ensuite shower room with shower, basin, wc and cupboard

Bedroom 2 with double bed and

Bedroom 3 – two single beds

Are in a suite sharing a shower room with basin, wc and cupboard

Bed linen and house towels provided (changed weekly). Cot available.

Outside

Garden with table, chairs, sunloungers and barbecue

Large games room with table tennis. Field available for football and badminton.

Outdoor swimming pool (please bring swimming towels)

4 bicycles for hire from us – on site

Change over day Saturday

For the benefit of all our guests we ask that you arrive after 4.00 pm on the first day and the cottage to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.
